Architectural plans are generally available for commercial construction projects from the General Contractor or Project Management Firm.

Many times these plans are available for download on a private ftp website by registered bidders and/or the winning bidder. If you can provide user name and password access to the FTP site, we will download the necessary plans to complete your take-off.

Please note that not all "Roof" plans will have building dimensions, therefore it may be necessary to include additional plans such as the Foundation or Floor plan that generally contain usable dimensions on them.

Please send as much of the following information as available:

• Roof Plan - Architectural
• Roof Detail Plan (s) - Architectural
• Elevation Plan (s) - Architectural
• Foundation Plan - Architectural
• Floor Plan (s) - Architectural
• Roof Framing Plan - Structural
• any other relevant Architectural or Structural plans
• JOB SPECIFICATION for Division 7
